Denver International Airport (DIA) Plaza is a seven story office building of 69,003 rentable square feet located at 12075 East 45th Avenue in Denver, which is near the intersections of Interstate 70, Interstate 225 and Peoria Street just a few miles west of Denver International Airport and on the way to Downtown Denver. It was constructed in 1970. As such, it is highly visible and ideally located for office tenants with business connections to the Airport such as airlines, food services, airport retailers, hotels, freight companies and overnight mail services and other operations that work along the heavily traveled industrial areas of north Denver and Interstate 70. Many international companies now have facilities along this busy business corridor. The entire first floor is occupied by the Citywide Bank and bank drive-in with typical other tenants in medical equipment sales, real estate, computers, doctors and attorneys. The building is owned by DIA Plaza Partners, LLC.
