Sunset Apartments is centrally located between Los Angeles & San Bernandino counties, in the City of West Covina. The Sunset Apartments is just off the fourth exit (West Covina Pkwy) of the 10 freeway, East of the 605 freeway. We are located beginning at the corner of 800 S. Sunset and West Cameron Avenue.

West Toluca Lake’s reputation as an upscale [East of Vineland] community continues to attract the renter profile that appreciates, and is willing to pay for, tastefully renovated apartment units. With the amicable settlement of both the Screen Actors and Writers Guild labor negotiations, the employment base remains on a firm foundation: Universal Studios, Warner Brothers, and Disney.
