Peter Nanula

Peter Nanula is Managing Partner of Concert Capital Partners, a boutique private equity firm, and brings 20 years experience as an investor and entrepreneur. Peter was recently a partner at ClearLight Partners, a $600 million leveraged buyout firm based in Newport Beach. Prior to founding Concert, Peter was founder and CEO of Arnold Palmer Golf Management, where he built a $100 million golf property operating company via more than 20 golf property acquisitions. He was also the founder and Chairman of Presidio Golf Trust, a $165 million golf-focused REIT comprised of properties from several leading golf management companies. He was a member of ULI.

Peter was previously a member of the Los Angeles office of Warburg Pincus, where he participated in efforts that led to six investments in health care and business services companies. Prior to Warburg Pincus, Peter was an attorney at O'Melveny & Myers practicing in the merger & acquisition and securities fields. Peter has served on the Boards of Product Action International, a leading provider of quality control solutions to the automotive industry; Control Point Solutions, Inc., a leading outsourcer of telecom cost management services; and Print, Inc., the pioneer of cost-per-page printer management solutions. He holds AB and JD degrees from Harvard. He and his wife Julia have two children.
