President

Mr. Saar oversees all operations at IEC. He is President of Property Services Corporation and Senior Vice President of IEC.

Mr. Saar’s past experience includes positions at two respected real estate investment firms: Nearon Enterprises and U.S. Fund and Investment Consultants, Inc. As Senior Vice-President at Nearon, he oversaw a real estate portfolio valued at over $400 million including more than 3.5 million square feet of commercial/industrial/retail, 1300 multi-family units, land investments in diverse geographic markets and completed several development projects in the Bay Area. As Vice-President of U.S. Fund Mr. Saar was responsible for the management of a syndicated investment portfolio valued in the mid-eighties at over $250 million consisting mainly of over 3,000 apartment units located in Southern California, Central California and the San Francisco Bay Area. His real estate brokerage and construction work began in the seventies.

Mr. Saar holds two Bachelor of Science degrees from Arizona State University, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker. Mr. Saar also taught community college courses and has been involved in professional and public organizations as a member of their Board of Directors.
